Jessica Stygares, MS, CCC-SLP, CMT®

Jessica Stygares is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Myofunctional Therapist® specializing in speech sound disorders and orofacial myofunctional disorders. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia University Teachers College and is a 2024 recipient of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s (ASHA) ACE Award for excellence in continuing education.

As a mother of three, Jessica is deeply committed to treating the whole child and supporting families throughout the therapeutic process. She is trained in PROMPT and Oral Placement Therapy and regularly provides consultative services to local preschools and educational teams.

Jessica’s approach to speech sound disorders is rooted in addressing the foundational motor and oral-motor skills required for clear, precise speech. She takes an integrative, collaborative approach, working closely with ENTs, dentists, orthodontists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to identify contributing factors and underlying causes of communication challenges. This comprehensive model, combined with engaging therapy sessions and active caregiver involvement, supports meaningful, confidence-building progress for children and families.

Andrea Madalena, MS, CCC-SLP

Andrea is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong foundation in both education and clinical practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education, as well as a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Seton Hall University. Her background in education provides her with a deep understanding of curriculum demands and classroom expectations, which she thoughtfully integrates into her therapeutic approach.

Andrea has extensive experience working with children across preschool and elementary school settings and is passionate about supporting learners at every stage of development. Her clinical expertise includes language development, articulation and phonological disorders, auditory processing, and social-pragmatic language skills. She takes a comprehensive, child-centered approach to therapy, carefully tailoring each treatment plan to address a student’s individual strengths, challenges, and learning style.

Andrea is deeply committed to collaboration and believes that open, transparent communication between families, clients, and providers is essential for meaningful progress. She values building strong relationships with parents, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes. Through a supportive, thoughtful, and evidence-based approach, Andrea strives to help each child build confident, functional communication skills that support success both in and out of the classroom.


Alissa Glowacki, MS, CCC-SLP

Alissa is a certified speech-language pathologist with experience working across pediatric and adult populations in clinic, school, hospital, and private practice settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in North Carolina before completing her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at a top-ranked program in Boston, Massachusetts.

During her graduate training, Alissa received extensive clinical experience treating a wide range of communication disorders across multiple settings. She then spent three years practicing in London, England, where she worked in a multidisciplinary clinic and maintained her own private practice. Her clinical focus included phonological and articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, stammering, and social/pragmatic language difficulties.

Alissa has a particular passion for early intervention and currently specializes in working with young children during critical periods of speech and language development. She values individualized, evidence-based therapy and is deeply committed to supporting children in developing confident, effective communication skills.

While early learners are a primary area of interest, Alissa has training and experience working with clients of all ages and tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
